Aqua Aerobics

Increase aerobic fitness levels, muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility while enjoying the beautiful outdoors in our heated pool. | A low impact but high intensity water aerobics class designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, strength, muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance while using the resistance of the water to cushion the feet, knees and back.

Sculpt & Burn

A great way to start the day! Enjoy strength training for the entire body with bursts of cardio added to burn some calories! | Sculpt & Burn is an upbeat fast pace class incorporating cardio movements and strength training exercises, designed to keep your heart rate up and burn calories. All abilities welcome. | 60 minutes

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a series of gentle physical exercises and stretches. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion. | A non-competitive martial art known for its self-defense techniques and health benefits. Tai chi can improve balance control, fitness and flexibility, reduce pain and alleviate stress and anxiety. A form of "meditation in motion" that promotes serenity and inner peace. | 60 minutes

Traditional Yoga

Promote health, harmony and self-awareness through body movement in our Traditional Yoga Class. | This class incorporates yoga postures, gentle movement sequences, breath work, supported silent meditation, and guided relaxation to support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body, and quieting of the nervous system. 60 minutes.


This Pilates workout is mat-based and will sculpt your muscles from head to toe. Our Pilates mat classes focus on stabilizing the core, improving posture and strengthening the total body. | Led by certified instructors, our classes will incorporate all the key principles of Pilates such as postural alignment, breathing, strength, controlled movement and flexibility.
